The work planning process structure evolved from research, discussion, and review by means of a successive series of “Plan, Do, Study, Act” (PDSA) cycles. We coordinate the work that needs to be done with an emphasis on continuous improvement and innovation.
Our research processes include the ways in which appropriate information is located, collected, analyzed, and selected, from, for example, libraries, online sites, print, and electronic media, and individuals.
The project launch marks the beginning of a project. We include all activities and measures of the project preparation- also called initialization, in the broader sense also the conceptual orientation of the project- also called conception.
